Register and log in. For demo, use account and password "demo".
To run a program, click on "Create content" and choose the program.
After selecting parameters, uploading an input file in fasta format, and submit. Examples: a small file, a larger file (longer waiting time).
After a submission is created, make sure to click request to run the job or alternately, click on "Request Execution" in Request Queue.
Check the queue regularly until the job is finished.
Click on the request queue to select the outputs from different program, and click submit to compare. Make sure that the job has been finished before you can compare them.
